Dinner: Chicken Curry & Lentils

Chicken and lentils with chunks of potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and garlic cloves seasoned with turmeric, crushed red chili peppers, yellow curry and lemon pepper seasoning--all boiling with 1 cup of water in le creuset.
