French influenced Vietnamese Steak

This steak comes seared, seasoned and juicy with tasty half-cooked onions (that retain both their spice and sweetness) and soft fries. I had a side sauce of freshly squeezed lime juice with pepper and salt, a great compliment to both the steak and fries.

Lately, I've been enjoying the practice of looking for and snapping minimal photos. It is a challenging but rewarding style that can produce some very inspiring and beautiful work. Here are some of my latest shots.

Lunch: The Sweet & Sour Dog

Hot dogs with sweet relish, sauerkraut, jack cheese, and ketchup (that has no high-fructose corn syrup in it). Mmm, the wonders of meat slurry.
